Mama + Lulu is owned by Kassy Binns of Fort Worth, Texas. She started the shop, which was previously known as Little Lulu's Bling Boutique, at her kitchen table in the spring of 2014 after her daughter, Kynslei, was born. She started the shop as a means to provide an additional income for her family after the company that she was working for shut it's doors and she was let go. It has since grown into the newly re branded shop that you see today!
Our company goal is to provide your family with fun and sassy tees, staple-piece accessories and much more!
With each purchase from the shop, you are helping support a work at home mom and giving her an opportunity to spend more quality time with her daughter.
Shipping: We have a 2-3 week turnaround for all orders unless stated differently. All turn around times can be found in the description of each product listing. We encourage everyone to take the time to read our product descriptions before placing an order with us. Holidays and weekends do not count in our turn around time. We are usually always on the shorter end of our TAT, but we give ourselves extra time for printer error.
Ordering: When ordering from our website, please ensure that you have selected the correct product, sizing, personalization and your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct! We cannot go back and change these things once an order is place. Due to the buying and selling guidelines set by paypal, we cannot change an address after checkout. This will protect our company as well as yourself in the rare event that a package is lost in transit.
Returns: All products are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping out, but sometimes things are missed. If your product is defective, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. From there, we will guide you on how to go about returning the item for a shop credit. *Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
All personalized items and international orders are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items purchased at a discounted rate will also be final sale. This includes: Coupon codes, giveaway discounts, Sales and anything priced below retail.
Discount Codes/Combining Orders: Only one discount code is applicable per order. If you'd like to take advantage of two different promotions, you will need to place two different orders and pay applicable shipping twice. In an effort to stay organized, we will not combine orders and/or refund any shipping charges. *Store credits are essentially the same as a promotional code and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount codes.
