HOURS OF OPERATION: Mama + Lulu is open Monday-Friday 9am - 2pm. Order can be placed on our website 24/7! We typically do not work the weekends. Please allow 48 hours for email responses.

ORDERING: Before submitting your order, please ensure that you have selected the correct product, size & color options and that your shipping address is correct. We cannot go back and change these things once an order is placed. Due to the buying an dselling guidelines set by PayPal, we cannot change a shipping address after you have checked out. This will protect you, as well as Mama + Lulu, in the rare event that a package is lost is transit.

SHIPPING: Turn around time will be listed in the description of each product listing. All New Releases are currently running at a 2-3 week turn around time and our RTS (ready to ship) tees typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless stated differently in the description of the product listing. We encourage all customers to check the description of each product before placing your order. Holidays and weekends do not count in our turn around time. MAMA + LULU is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but sometimes human error happens and things are missed. If your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery day. From there, we will guide you on how to go about returning the item for a shop credit. *Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost.

DISCOUNT CODES/COMBINING ORDERS: Only one discount code is applicable per order. If you'd like to take advantage of two different promotions, you will need to place two separate orders and pay shipping charges for each order. In an effort to stay organized and reduce confusion, we will not be able to combine orders and/or refund any shipping charges. *Store Credits are essentially the same as a promotional code and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount codes.

*All Personalized items and international orders are FINAL SALE. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. All items purchased at a discounted rate will also be final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, Coupon Codes, Give away Discounts, Clearance Items, Sales or Promotions and anything priced below our standard retail price.
